This is a story from the book "ABC Petits Contes"
There was, in a village, a poor old woman who had for company a small donkey. She loved him a lot because he was smart and good, and he seemed happy to carry on his back garden vegetables market of the city.
But bad boys made fun of the old woman and her donkey when they met.
One day, they cried out to the old woman:
"Hello, mother donkey!
Good morning, my son! "She answered them.
The donkey seemed to make fun of them in turn, stirring his ears, and bad boys do not find anything to say.
